Blueberry Crostata

Ingredients
3 eggs
10½ Tablespoons of butter, melted
2/3 cups of sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 teaspoon of baking powder
3¼ cups of flour
1 lemon, grated zest
1 pint of blueberry jam

Directions
Pre-heat oven to 415°F. Mix the eggs with sugar, melted butter, and vanilla. Add flour, baking powder, and lemon zest. The mixture must be soft. Keep 1/4 of dough aside and roll remaining dough out on pizza tin. Cover with jam, leaving 1 inch clear around the edges. With remaining dough roll out and cut strips to decorate top. Affix strips to edges and fold in to create a lip so cooked jam will not spill over edges when cooked. Place in oven and cook for 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Remove, let cool, and serve.
