Chilled Antipasto Platter

Ingredients
10 thin slices of Prosciutto di Parma, rolled
½ stick of Dried Italian sweet sausage, sliced
½ stick of Sopressata, sliced
4 ounces of Fontina cheese, cubed
4 ounces of mozzarella cheese, cubed
4 ounces of muenster cheese, cubed
1 large jar of marinated artichoke hearts
1 small container of Kalamata olives
2 tablespoons of capers
1 small jar of lupini beans
1 marinated roasted red pepper, sliced
2 tablespoons of extra virgin Italian olive oil

Directions
Arrange on large serving platter and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil. Serve chilled.
