This is the Crypt of the Leg Bones and Thigh Bones and I quote, "The vault repeats the decoration hinted at on the area wall. As in the other areas, it is outlined by two wide strips of vertebrae enclosing, within rows of leg-bones, shoulder-blades arranged like scales at the center of which is a flower; at the four ends there is a winged skull and boss of pelvises. The center oval frame in the vault, formed of pelvic and sacral bones, contains an arrangement of jawbones decorated with vertebrae, and, on either side, bunches of shoulder-blades with appendages of vertebrae, which also make up the internal floral decoration. The same bones form two frames, concave at the center and at the sides, which enclose floral forms. Four circles, with a five-petalled rose at the center, make the outer corners of the frame." We also counted over 400 skulls along the back wall.
