The old mixed with the new. I recall one of the streets leading to the Colosseum being closed off as they set up for a concert. I also recall buying a can of Diet Coke, or a Coca Light as they're call in Italy, from a vendor in front of the Colosseum for 5,000 lira or about $3.00!
