On to Florence. Our first stop was the Gallery of Fine Arts where Michelangelo's David now resides (it use to be outside for centuries for the townspeople to enjoy). I had no idea the status was so large. Michelangelo never used models and its proportions are considered perfect. The women in the group couldn't stop staring!
