This team started with organic pork, coated it with mustard and dry rub, smoked them for a couple hours, then removed them and marinated them in apple and fruit juice for a couple hours, then continued the cooking process finishing their ribs with a fruit-based glaze and a sweet-n-spicy finishing dust which not only gave the ribs a beautifully rich coating and depth but added to the taste. They were very tender, juicy, and meaty. Finally, ribs better than mine! These guys got 10s from me. We later found out that they took 4th place out of 105 and what's better is that they're located in Destin, FL.
