I turned in my score cards and waited in the judges’ area for the blind rib tasting to begin. Even with all these judges they were still short when handing out the score cards for the on site ribs, so I volunteered to swap and judge on site ribs. Cynthia had spoke with this next team, Prime Time Swine Cookers and introduced me to them earlier in the day. The team lead owned 14 smokers back home and bought a new one each year. He loved to talk about his smokers. The won numerous trophies and took 10th place in ribs in 2009.
